SQL Admin - A client side database front-end (woot!)

SQLAdmin manages to be an interesting concept project on two hype technologies at once: a Flex front-end to Google Gears browser-embedded-SQLite database.
Launched almost together with Google Gears, SQLAdmin makes life A LOT easier, when developing ‘offline capable applications’ using Gears.

Google Street Maps

Just plain amazing. Yeah, no new technologies involved. Just a FREAKING HUGE image database.
Can’t wait to have my street mapped like that, though!
